Complete Booking Process

We manage the entire booking process from initial enquiry to check-in and check-out, including turnaround and bed linen. Furthermore, if there are any maintenance issues are dealt with by us.

Peace of Mind

All guests must sign our booking terms and conditions with strict house rules. Guests must provide ID and we take a security deposit.

Simple Fees

We charge landlords commission based on the revenue of each booking, Payment is sent by the 7th of the following month, along with the month's statement.

This includes making your property look its very best with high quality, professional photography. We also work with corporate booking agencies such as SilverDoor, Homelike, and Situ.

Guest Vetting

We have a minimum age of 19 years for the lead guest and ask guests to minimise noise between 11pm and 7am. In the event that house rules are not followed or there is any damage we will keep the deposit.
